What's the best way to study psychology without being in any classes?

XlizrocksY
Research, books, medical journals, scholarly articles, case studies, learn the history of psychology and keep up with current events, take classes on subjects that relate to the field, such as biology, neurology, sociology, anatomy, ethics, human behavior, aging, drugs, and you probably need to brush up on your APA. Good luck.

I can do the Same, although I am more concerned with why they feel what they feel, and getting them to heal themselves.

I'm pretty self taught, however, formal education never hurts. Reason why I asked "which book" is because I thought you had a particular book in mind
