Hang in there. Be patient and kind to yourself. It's a hard thing to go through. Utilize emotional supports. Find the little things that make you smile. Find new things thay you find enjoyment in. Reach out when you need a little extra help. You'll get through this. Going to the gym again is a huge step. Be proud of yourself.

@GymRat584 Ooof. I'm so sorry. I lost my guy best friend that I grew up with to an OD. I absolutely hate hard drugs. Definitely pick up a book to help process and heal. That's such hard circumstances to lose a loved one. Sending you virtual hugs.

@GoFish chances are I did, then I just blanked out. Maybe too was crashing (fatigue wise). Again, I'm trying even now to figure out how on earth I could've forgotten that she even opened the doors.

I struggle with anxiety as well and I've just after my many years on the planet have sought out some professional help -took me a long time.

@Justmeraeagain oh that's the best part. I AM in fact in therapy. However, insurance is giving my therapist a hard time and my sessions were suspended until that gets resolved. Perfect timing, huh?
