@Tumbleweed I do have some of that, but this post was just a grounding technique I often use to calm myself down. Do you have any?

@Reject when it gets too loud in my head & I honestly can't reel it in, I usually just cry. But I'm on anxiety meds plus I journal, which is a huge help.

@Tumbleweed Waiting for a storm to pass is something we all must do in life. I write down many of my philosophies and that helps me! So I get putting your thoughts into words.
