When I hit 50.

It was an odd age.
Barely 'middle-aged' in terms of life expectancy.
But you suddenly realise all the things you lived through.

And of course all the mysterious aches and pains you're suddenly aware of that weren't caused by physical exertion so much as something like a sneeze that somehow pulled your back out ! 😖

Still dont feel old

30s. I felt young still in my 20s, but now it’s going downhill for me. Pain, loneliness, and all the things older people have are starting.

35. Got my first grey hairs. Also, it was harder to keep the weight off. Not major stuff I know...

I was 30ish, when I fell out of a water slide

I've felt physically old for a long time now. But I don't feel old mentally, or in the essence of who I really am. I feel like a youth playing at being a grown up in a failing container.
