Hypnosis for anxiety

Has anyone had any experience with hypnosis to help them deal with their confidence issues?

I'm considering getting an appointment, but wouldn't know what to expect or recommendations.

Be careful ... they may say you need something like 100 sessions before it becomes effective

Personally I wouldn't trust a Hypnotherapist offering Pizza Pops

Actually I don't trust comedians offering Pudding Pops either!

But I did once cut out the coupon for Olive Garden conferences with Leo Buscalgia in the back of one of his books.
Now there's a therapist!

His books are sound actually, all you need is a decent family, and living wages and 1950s 1960s 1970s 1980s standards of living!
