Hypnosis for anxiety

Has anyone had any experience with hypnosis to help them deal with their confidence issues?

I'm considering getting an appointment, but wouldn't know what to expect or recommendations.

If you haven't checked it out, their are a lot of hypnosis videos on youtube, including for anxiety
If you need help finding one let me know and I'll try and comment some.
Alternatively, it can also help just to have someone listen. I am trying to be a better listener myself so if you need to unload, feel free to with me :)
