People don't change. They can grow,regress or even stagnate but the baseline of who we are doesn't change.

In any case, it depends how much the person [b]wants[/b] to change. They have to be committed to changing and see the value in getting whatever help they need.
If [b]they[/b] have the will, it’s doable, but no one else can do it for them.
