If you're an adult (at least 18 and up) and have been a horrible person your entire life up to that point, is it possible to change?

The title, really...

18 and up, but any age 18 and up...so could be from age 18 to like age 95, for all I care.

But is it possible to change?

Obviously, for a 20 year old change is most likely easier than for a 60 year old. But the 60 year old should be able to change as well as long as they truly want it and work towards it...right?!

It's never truly too late, is it?

If you wanna change it doesn't matter if you're 18 or 95, right?!
Right. You may leave more damage in your wake than you did at 20, and it will take longer to convince those around you that you HAVE changed, but it’s doable.

Anyone can change. If a person really wants to change they need The Holy Spirit in here *pats chest*.
If motivated, anyyhing is possible. The answer is yes. Where did this question come from? I wish to know the story.

People don't change. They can grow, regress or even stagnate but the baseline of who we are doesn't change.

They say some personality disorders diminish at an older age, so maybe that's why some people get better persons in their 50s or 60s.
I think everyone has the potential to change. Now whether they do it or not is a whole other issue.

It's always possible to change if you really want to.
Everything is possible

Change is not easy.
In any case, it depends how much the person wants to change. They have to be committed to changing and see the value in getting whatever help they need.
If they have the will, it’s doable, but no one else can do it for them.
