literally I’m disgusting. I haven’t been happy with my body since the birth of my first child six years ago. I hate myself & I hate my body.

Get active! Cycling I want say most, but a friend she walks and she walks long distances for a good hr. And so goes fast. She doesn't lolly gaggle along. She too doesn't like herself much, but I'll say she is great for out there doing something her way.
You need to get out and about doing something to help yourself.

We are never happy with our bodies - i know I've always struggled.

I felt the same way after having two children.
Hey I always thought you were pretty. Plus you always seemed like a nice person as well which is the more important part anyway. So I think you are far from disgusting. Disgusting people have horrid personalities which warps what they look like of the outside. Well to me at least.

It changes you, not sure why that isn’t emphasized more. the only reason celebrities look the same after having kids is they have a team of trainers and nutritionists on staff 24/7

@Patty81 true 😔
@Patty81 Because women are sold another story about motherhood. They just need to talk more about the truth of it.

You can always change it 💕 it takes time but exercise and dieting goes a long way, it's not easy but you feel much better about yourself. I hope you learn to love your body. If it means anything I think you look beautiful.💜

@Wallflow3r thank you 💗

I have two children, but haven't had any problems with my body. My youngest was born almost six months ago...her name is Rachel too ☺️

I'm sure if you exercise and work out more you'll get the figure you want.

I gained a dad bod and got to be sizes I never hoped to be after having kids even though I’m a dad. I definitely understand this feeling

PassingThrough · 46-50, M
I wouldn’t say that, but I appreciate that you love dadbods. There’s some pluses but also minuses @SW-User
PassingThrough · 46-50, M
@SW-User but trust me, I could give you a huge hug for that compliment.

Weirdly enough, when a woman stops liking her body, then man generally still loves it. However, because she doesn’t she sometimes thinks he doesn’t either. It’s a hard vicious cycle.

You shouldn’t be
Am sure you still look lovely 😊
You shouldn’t hate yourself or your body
