What would cause someone to feel a brain fog?

I just feel weird and out of it and kinda lethargic

Also I thought it was weird I slept 12 hours and I’m exhausted

Wow, lots of things. Not enough sleep, poor nutrition, recent exposure to cyanide gas, allergies, those brain altering microwaves the Chinese have (not) been working on. Have you tested for Radon..?? What about Lead?
