As an adult do you feel you have good self-control?

Not at all, I’m like a kid in a sweet shop 😂

Yes. Very much so. I'm completely different than my younger self. I'm surprised I didn't end up dead or in jail. Now I try to help young people who are like I was. Explain how I made mistakes and how they can avoid them.

I mean, it’s definitely changed from when I was a child. Me working with children daily I can already tell that, but I don’t feel like I have good self control when it comes to a lot of things. 🤷‍♀️

It's always been a work in progress for me and it still is.
I definitely have better self control today in the present than I have ever had in the past.

For some reason, I have had good self-control beginning in my teen years. I don't think it has changed as I have grown older.

A fews ago, no... I was all fcked up on hard drugs, and had little to no self control. I been clean for a while now, and starting to regain it.

Up until i left home i had no control over anything. Not even my thoughts. As an adult i am free and now have full control of my life

Impulse buying has always been one of my problems. Happy to say i have a fair amount of control now.

I had good self control when I was a kid. Not as much now. I am doing my best.

Yes as an adult if you dont have self control then you have a problem .
