If you have all the pieces for a clock sitting on a table, is that a clock? Or does it have to be put together first?

Is it still a clock if once built it is disassembled?

Nope, it is pieces of a clock. Once assembled it is a clock.
@Ontheroad

What if it's an assembled clock that doesn't run? Is that one still a clock?

@Pikachu good question - it's a clock, but only twice a day😉
@Ontheroad

lol very well

You could ask similarly of any machine.

Dissassembled it is a set of components, each meaningless on its own.

Put them all together in the correct way, then they collectively become the machine.

Dismantle it again and the components revert to being just... components.
@ArishMell

Yup. The clock is just one example of the concept.

A Very existential question.
