What do you think was before the Big Bang

HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
Good question. the only thing I can think of is God.

projective twistor space {\displaystyle \mathbb {PT} } \mathbb{PT} is a three-dimensional complex manifold, complex projective 3-space {\displaystyle \mathbb {CP} ^{3}} \mathbb{CP}^3. Physically it has the interpretation as the space of massless particles with spin. It is the projectivisation of a 4-dimensional complex vector space, non-projective twistor space {\displaystyle \mathbb {T} } \mathbb {T} with a Hermitian form of signature (2,2) and a holomorphic volume form. This can be most naturally understood as the space of chiral (Weyl) spinors for the conformal group {\displaystyle SO(4,2)/\mathbb {Z} _{2}} {\displaystyle SO(4,2)/\mathbb {Z} _{2}} of Minkowski space; it is the fundamental representation of the spin group {\displaystyle SU(2,2)} {\displaystyle SU(2,2)} of the conformal group. This definition can be extended to arbitrary dimensions except that beyond dimension four, one defines projective twistor space to be the space of projective pure spinors for the conformal group.[3][4]

I think "Friends" was the biggest comedy before it😁

Maybe, there is the big bang, then all the stars expand outwards for countless eons. Then the universe circles back on itself, becoming a tiny point. And BOOM! Another big bang. And the cycle repeats for eternity.

I don’t take the big bang theory seriously.
Just another science fiction model
BlackcurrentSundae · 22-25, F
@Pfuzylogic So what do you think happened. For example if a black hole eternally will grow bigger, is it possible it could engulf the universe and if so, was the universe born of a white hole.

@BlackcurrentSundae
Scientists can’t even figure out the nature of a supposed vacuum. They have observed energy manifest itself out of absolutely nothing. The red shift could very well be something that is error. There is rumor that the spacetime fabric has attributes of inflexibility. There are times when humankind needs to humble itself and admit it has no clue what is going on. We really don’t have a clue.

Not sure. But Venus looks like the Earth's past as a gassy ball and Mars looks like Earth's future as a Wasteland.

The Big Woman´s Purse.
All what there is emerged from there.

The BWP theory.

@BlackcurrentSundae Yes, parts of the Bible have been changed because it does not agree with the Catholic view of things. However it is certainly possible that God was there first. Cant quite see how God could have a wife
Ian123 · 61-69, M
@BlackcurrentSundae If you are not keen on the Bible version of the universe there is a theory there there was just a mass of gases which created the universe. In trillions and trillions of years the last star will go out and we will return to that
BlackcurrentSundae · 22-25, F
@Ian123 I do not judge that religion is needed by humanity for comfort. I'm just saying you can believe you are going to be okay whilst expanding your mind beyond the bible.
Ian123 · 61-69, M
@BlackcurrentSundae I agree with you. 👍

Could also be we are bactwria on another living being. The "Big Bang" was that living things conception. Hence why our cosmos is growing. We dont have a humber for the amount of bacteria living in OUR bodies. And everything reminds me of diff sized scales of atoms. Nucleus, proton, nueteon all circling.

Perhaps the big crunch. Present theory doesnt support the idea of a reciprocating universe but it seems so elegant to me I almost hope its true. By this l mean a big bang, followed by a long expansion and then a long contraction until everything collapses into a singularity followed by another big bang and so on ad infinitum.

A war between a race of multi-dimensional cats that fought with demons that came from outside the box that contained the big bang and our current universe
