Remember that time Quaker Oats poisoned kids to prove it was better than their competitor, cream of wheat?

It was a long time ago but they wanted to prove they were better than their competitor, Cream of Wheat at uptaking nutrients after trying to attempt to murder children with radiation. To my knowledge, I don't think Cream of Wheat was involved, they just wanted to best them.

Yeah.... it was an awkward moment in time.

Are you saying the manfacturer deliberately added toxic or radioactive material to its cereal in order to kill people?

And to do so to prove it was better than a rival product?

Lots of other terrible things done called science. Some colleges required all students to be photographed nude for alleged research, some very prestigious schools cooperated in the study and to my lnowledge the images still are stored somewhere.
