Here's one heck of a family tradition!

Marie Curie (Born Maria Skłodowska) won a Nobel Prize in Physics and another one in Chemistry.
Her husband Pierre Curie won a Nobel Prize in Physics.
Their daughter Irene Joliet-Curie won a Nobel Prize in Chemistry.

OK, now let's hear you brag about your family's bowling trophies!

Nah. I will brag, instead, about my father's heroism, being shot down over Bastogne Belgium during WWII, and after two wars, returned home to earn his doctoral degree.

I will brag about my mother's carrot cake! And her Yorkshire pudding!

I will brag that my brother was valedictorian of his high school class, and was accepted to Harvard, (even though he chose not to attend), and went on to earn his doctorate in Paleontology and taught at Michigan State for 40 years!!!

And for myself, of course...NO ONE can mess up a kitchen like I can!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Not ALL of us are the royalty of the academic world, but we are ALL going to brag anyway!!! 🤣🤣🤣
