@RubySoo i cannot see it being enforced.Yes and rightly so for severe punishment but not for just a slight smack.

@chikki it will be law. Of course some cruel controlling people will still continue to abuse their kids, but they will get tougher consequences for their actions.Hopefully they will also be re educated in an attempt to helpnthem understand whywhat they did is so very wrong.
