I got into a lot of trouble for babbling in class too. People don't seem to understand that it is nervous energy that causes us to babble when we shouldn't. I still do it in those kinds of situations. It is why I avoid meetings of all kinds. I can't sit still and stay quiet. I understand that you aren't deliberately disruptive, but still it is disruptive. So, what do you think might help you discharge some of that nervous energy before you get to school? Maybe a morning run?
