well that girl has 'special needs' ... yeah well... if she has such special needs that she can't control herself and hurts other kids then SHE SHOULDN'T BE IN THE GENERAL POPULATION. They should have special schools for kids who are like this...

Funding gets cut, teachers are paid nothing and treated terribly, gov't keeps interfering.

It's hard for the kids, they're being let down and it doesn't matter who is in charge or what party they are.
