My kid was randomly punched in the face and the kid didn’t get in trouble b/c of his special needs. I reminded my son if he so much as touched it lightly to hit him as hard as he could and he did when the kid started hitting him repeatedly, but he got in trouble for defending himself the second time the kid hit him and the kid didn’t who started it yet again for the same reason he did before. I was livid and called a meeting w/the school district.
If they are a danger to other children, they shouldn’t be near them without an adult supervising them.

@pdockal Exactly. No child should be abused by another for any reason.

@MellyMel22 exactly true. it's completely outrageous - either the kid gets consequences (suspension) or they aren't fit to be in the general population. Same with some adults. We need to bring back special schools (and proper psych wards while we're at it.
