Do you think kids should have homework?

after spending 8 hours a day five days a week sitting in class doing work, I don't think they should. They need time to be kids too. It's important for development. Yes, a kardashian just said this and I'm agreeing and repeating here. lol.

I think some time for independent work is important...which I believe a lot of schools work into the schedule these days. As long as they are getting time to let their own brains apply what they have learned then I think it's fine while they do it at school. It is a bit much to have it tacked on for when they get home as well.
