Idaho classroom ordered to take down a sign that read "Everyone is Welcomed Here," after it was found to be offensive towards racists.

Apparently the school in exact words, told the teacher that a sign in her classroom that read "everyone is welcomed here," counts as a personal opinion and wasn't allowed. This was after four years it was hung there. The school said that the sign was offensive to people who didn't believe that and it wasn't acceptable.

She was specifically told that not everyone believes everyone is welcome and therefore counts as a personal opinion.

Gotta love Idaho. A group of people whom are easily manipulated by the local news and by politicians. One thing people of Idaho will never be accused of is being forward thinking or progressive in their justice system.

@Bang5luts Honestly when i read it, it sounds like something the onion would write as was mentioned but no, it's really happening. Honestly I don't know what i do as a teacher in that environment, i couldn't look at my administration in the eye after all that. No way i could remain respectful.
