My teenager got back home from school at 3.40pm . .

Did her homework without being reminded. Tidied away her bag and shoes and put her uniform into the laundry. Now she's fallen fast asleep on her time-out beanbag.

Such a long week for the young ones 😥

You've got a one in a million teenager there! I never did homework on a Friday, always left it until Sunday evening. In fact in the third form I frequently did my Latin homework on the bus to school on Monday mornings!

Early on in our fostering arrangement we had a difference of opinion over homework which resulted in an impromptu Sunday evening session at my office on the way back to her care home. Now she knows it is best to complete it as early as possible because I am even more stubborn than her!
