Do you mean the rings? Definitely! But seriously, I would think a lot of people would say your skirt is too short. I’m not one of them though and I think it’s fine if you want to wear a miniskirt to school or anywhere else. Your hem is ragged though! and with all those hanging threads, it doesn’t look finished. I think you should hem your skirt properly so it looks neat.
