I am not sure what the kids wear where others are, but here it is amazing that it is allowed. The boys generally wear blazers and long trousers. But regardless of school, girls now wear skirts that that expose the bottom of their arses. Black panytyhose/tights. Very tight fitted white blouses and silly short ties. Alternatively, they will wear very tight leggings.
The girls at all the schools dress like this and it can be quite embarassing if you are near them.
