Do your school work or babies die

I told my little daughter if she didnt do her school work that the babies would die.

I did this because im German and my upbringing had use fear to motivate children. I wasnt going to kill babies. Hell i dont even know where to find a baby. I just thought it would motivate my daughter and it did.
