If Rob Elementary school was a private country club elite school where parents paid $150k a yeat tuition per kid.

The police would have handled the shooting much different. They would have moved in on the shooter earlier on iin a matter of minutes. But, since the victims were primarily from low income families who work in low paying agricultural professions, they just weren't a priority for law enforcement.

That was the real factor in how police handled it.
