....ok, now I'm fixated on this sexy garment. But I'm trying to figure out why it looks lopsided. Is there another part that's hanging on the door handle? Seems like one waist would be longer than the other looking at the lower part of the pic..... 🤷♂️

I don't believe it's lopsided. It looks to be a G-string with a lace waist. The garment--such as it is...!--was thrown on that handle.
Ok, you'd think it would slide easily, but that handle has that rope-look feature, the G-string's waistband is complicated in shape & texture, but--most crucially!--it's SOOO light that it doesn't have enough mass to force it to end up with the vulva panel down.
Look at it closely.
