Do you find sexual arousal and desire very difficult to make happen and sustain?

I do. Maybe you do.

Everyone is different around this.

I don't have anything going on in terms of relationships or even romantic friendships or FWB's.

I don't find it difficult to make or sustain. My difficulty is finding someone to make it happen with and then I can sustain it!!

You might need trt.

@Anon066 I didn't even know what 'trt' was until just now. Thanks for pointing me to finding out what it is.

@zonavar68 np, most men of your age would benefit from it and lack of libido is one of the strongest signs of low test so you almost certainly would.

@Anon066 It begs the question of whether perceived low libido is actually a problem or a mental/physical health concern? I'm single (have been close to 10 years) so it's not like there's any romantic/sexual 'performance' issues.

No but I’ve not yet reached your stage of life. It might just be something that happens at your age.
zonavar68 · 56-60, M
@AdmiralPrune I'm sure it's a combo of things that are specific to me in the way the combo is structured and the mental and physical health effects it causes.
AdmiralPrune · 46-50, M
@zonavar68 Perhaps.

I mean, if there’s no woman in your life to give you a hard time about it, it’s not that big a deal.
zonavar68 · 56-60, M
@AdmiralPrune In a roundabout way that's true and an oddly positive artefact.
