What would you do if you see your ex while you are with your spouse after years even if you are remarried?

I am remarried. She’s a nice person, we’ve just run our course. I think it’d be very awkward. I have her phone and email blocked. I was just a source of money. That got old. Sexless marriage didn’t help either.

She is attractive. That’d be my biggest concern for my new wife. She’s self conscious by nature and I wouldn’t want her to feel uncomfortable.
