I’m interested in this woman at work and she seems interested in me

I’ve been out of the game for more than a decade, should I give her my number or should I just ask for hers??

I'm in the same boat, I like her but not sure if she likes me. When I ask "So, what are you doing this weekend?" She talks about going to the gym with her daughter, going home to take a nap, things like that. She has told me it's just her and the kids, and how she made it sound is that she's always busy busy busy like no real time for dates, so I haven't said "want to go for a coffee?" because that's where I would ask if she would like to start dating, but I feel like she just doesn't have the time for it.

Basically it's like, I'm at a race and I'm at the line ready for that whistle.

I talked to her to ask if she was married and she’s not but she has a boyfriend and small child.. she’s been flirting with me for a while now and she’s attractive and so I decided to ask her out but I needed to know her relationship status before doing that..
now I know. She still calls me honey and is very friendly but I’m not interested anymore
