This is dependent on your life philosophy.
Unfortunately many take the aristocratic point of view. They are better than others and therefore entitled because the majority are subservient, who look at themselves lacking in whatever qualities.
This is the what I consider the caveman approach. If you don't dominate, then you're submissive.
They they don't even know they are doing this. They considered the domination as being confidence or submissive as lack of confidence.
The approach I use is through perspectives. No one has the upper hand, because everyone is different.
Everyone is on the same level of the playing field. When you take this approach worth is meaningless because everyone is worthy.
There are other approaches. However. Some more similar to mine other approaches closer to the majority point of view.
