Women can be nice to someone without wanting in their pants, right?

Before a customer got into her car, she waved and shouted "Thank you!!!" to me across the parking lot. My coworker teased me about it and basically said she wants me.

I just took it as her being grateful and excited to have new tires lol. Can't women be excited without it being interpreted as flirting? Am I wrong here? She was with a man. 😂

And this is besides my other coworker who is always teasing me by whistling when I interact with a female customer. 🤦‍♂️

Either I'm missing signals or my coworkers are creating them when they're not there.
