There was one person who went out of his way to make my day special....
Y'all..he made me wildflower honey salmon marinated in fresh garlic/green onions/soy sauce/sesame oil, parmesan/garlic/onion risotto, and sauteed veggies with pepper/salt/hint of lemon pepper....
I was in charge of the cutting and the garlic parmesan-encrusted asparagus. When I tell y'all this ish SLAPPED?! slapped yo MAMA, yo UNC, yo ZADDY....
Anddd he paid for alcohol and all the food, andd went to see Challengers with me, andd got me a card and gift, andd planned the meal, andd wanted to buy more but I wouldn't let him....
He also makes me feel beautiful in my as-is model, and prefers LESS makeup....He really really went out of his way for me, and I hope he is who and what I have waited so long for (not the guy I had mentioned before).

@Coralmist kinda hilarious and random how we met! i joined this city-based group for friendship forming....
I HAVE friends (irl even! haha), dont get me wrong, but with my family disowning me and stuff, i have felt a bit lost..and like i need a broader support group.
i had made a post that everyone seemed to want to go to clubs and bars, and almost exclusively..when all i wanted was someone to sing their heart out to "Careless Whisper" with me, at cars beside us.
He was the first to comment that he would be so down for something like that. I generally make it VERY difficult to meet in person, as i am wary of strangers, can be shy, and am also very busy.
But I looked at his profile, and he had theeee mooost adorable james franco when he was unproblematic laugh creases by his eyes, he made the most adorable expressions, etc.
So I hit him up and said happy belated, and he said he had wanted to msg me but was too nervous to. We just drove around that first night, over the beautiful bridge over the lake, by the duck pond, etc..talked..listened to music..simple..
Next time we went to a cafe by the water, etc..etc..he never pressures me to do anything I don't want to do....it is so relieving and bewilderpating as to why other men can't behave similarly!!

@Coralmist aw thank you love..and oh man, i have been watching hard for them. he had every opportunity to pressure me, and never, ever has. even when iii want to go further, he slows me down. it is clear he wants to take his time with me and do everything right.
