How can one view love so it is not something TOO GOOD?

Or too good to be true also.

I have had fear around love for many years...basically my subconscious equates love with something serious and essentially too good for me. I do not offer a partner a lot as far as fun escapades or adventures. I have PTSD which prevents me..(now anyways)..from many social things. But on the whole, probably because I grew up in severe abuse, I put a LOT of pressure on love..mainly that it feels too special for someone like me. How could one reframe a view on love?💖🩵

I’m the opposite in having a romantic view of love and still believing in the concept so sometimes when I think it’s amazing it’s actually flawed and it takes me too long to see it. But I refuse to give up on love..I just have to trust everything I’ve learned through life.
