Asking for prayers for my friend, Tom, who just got home from the hospital yesterday.

He was in the hospital for almost two weeks!

He came home diagnosed with hypertension, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure and an auto-immune form of type 1 diabetes.

Any prayers or positive vibes for his benefit would be greatly appreciated.
