please any suggestion to quit going to church not being too abruptly, not offending people there, and not going to be a subject of condemnation there after i leave?

You will be judge in church, out of church, at work, at school, at home, in the mall, at a party, heck even if you never come out of your house you will be judged! we live in a critical, judgemental, self serving world. You need to listen to your conscious.
