I Lost My Religion
please any suggestion to quit going to church not being too abruptly, not offending people there, and not going to be a subject of condemnation there after i leave?

Religion relies on such fears and conformity, on some level one just has to accept that some people will be offended by you being true to yourself. Some may even think some psychotic God will punish you eternally for leaving the religion :-)
Perhaps say that you're taking some time to sort through your thoughts and need to do this by yourself x
