Religion is a coping mechanism for people too afraid to take the world at face value

We live on a rotating rock in space that so happened to be the correct distance from the energy of the sun for molecular chemical reactions to take place amongst atoms, hydrogen, oxygen and sub atomic particles to create single celled organisms that slowly evolved over billions of years.

There is no god. There is no heaven. There is no hell. There is no devil. Your prayers are heard by nobody. There is no supreme cosmic being in the sky or in space watching over you.

You can’t remember anything before you were born because you didn’t exist yet. When we die, we go back to that state of nothingness.

Life is a tiny experience that is simultaneously unique in everyone and yet completely insignificant at the same time.

Why do you choose to believe that when we die we no longer exists? It is not something that you know. It is only something that you believe. So why would you want to believe that we no longer exist when we die?
