Why are christians so afraid of Pagans?

A website listing Pagan Events (https://www.pagan-events.org.uk) recently suffered a mail bomb attack from christian groups. What do hateful christians hope to achieve with things like that?

Christians are afraid of no-one. Same with other religions.

@Sharon They might not like it, but I don't think they are terrified. If you are a believer (I'm not) your faith protects you from fear, however irrational that might seem to some of us.

@Greyjedi It does not. Astonishing though it may seem to you, I am perfectly capable of trying to understand, empathise with and if possible respect religions, belief systems, political philosophies, social systems and types of behaviour even where I do not subscribe to or agree with them
