Why Allah Does Not Appreciate Or Encourage Idol Worship?

how would you feel if you're taking care of me and providing for me and making me feel special all the time, and I go and thank somebody else for all of it, in front of you?

And Allah told me once, when I asked for his picture, that it was not yet possible to take his photo. So :) Just sayin.
