Do you also find it hard to feel sorry for missionaries when they get killed and eaten?

I mean it's pretty insulting, they go over and start telling people their beliefs are wrong and then wonder why they get their heads bashed in.

Actually, I don't feel sorry. If we are talking about that kid that got killed on that island off the coast of India, then I believe he was asking for trouble and he found it. We need to start learning to leave each other alone, especially the people who no nothing of the modern world. I mean what do we have to offer them that they truly need, microwaves, fast food, and credit card debt?
Leave them alone and lets get back to talking to each other and solve our problems.
