Sermon speacial..they picked me!!

Hey peeps!
Out of the 7 churches i picked to speak out at, there was one who chose me to give a sermon tonight! I entitled my sermon, :CAN GOD STILL USE ME?
It is based out of John chapter 6 where Jesus fed many with 2 fishes and a few loaves of bread and had much left over. I can sum it up by saying sometimes we get provided for and dont realize the over flows of blessings arent for us, but for other's to see Gods glory.
So, i have learned in my studying that its not about what i font have, because God is not a God of poverty and despair, but a God of provision and blessings.
Hopefully it turns out well.
Wish me luck!

@CloudAngel80 The three times the large crowds appeared before the Jesus character illustrate the 7th Comandment in action to show that he was the Lord God=

Exodus 34:23-24 (NKJV) = "23 “Three times in the year all your men shall appear before the Lord, the Lord God of Israel. 24 For I will cast out the nations before you and enlarge your borders; neither will any man covet your land when you go up to appear before the Lord your God three times in the year."

No one would have gone out to the hills would have done so without bringing something to eat, like Jesus and the apostles did. The problem was that as time passed people got hungry and the apostles brought out their lunch. The rules of hospitality specified that others had to be offered the food first. Once the apostles walked among the crowd offering them their food the other people started bringing out their own lunches. In the end there was food left over but people were initially reluctant to start eating because they would have had to offer others the food first. The story also illustrates the tale about Sodom, which was destroyed because the people were not hospitable.
