pretty pathetic how folks can talk about any other religion: paganism, Satanism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism

and nobody bats and eye or has any issue whatsoever

but the moment someone mentions a bible verse or jesus christ or christianity everybody losses their sh*t or makes snarky comments or insults that person. It's so ignorant and hypocritical

if you're going to bash christians take that same miserable energy and make sure you bash everyone for their beliefs as well.

you bash christans because it's "popular" the same way it's "popular" to hate white people and americans and conservative idealism

like how back in the day it was popular to hate black people and gays and liberals.

. you have no character because you stand for nothing and have no true values. you just go with whatever shit society spews and whatever is popular and will get you "validated"

sorry lol someone needed to call you out on it🧐

@DarkHeaven i love you dh 🤗❤️

I am not a religious person by any means but it is very interesting to me that many Christians that I know feel and act like the minority victims and project this impression that the world is against them, when in reality, Christians dominate the religious world in their numerical superiority. They’re the most influential religion in the world culturally, politically and socially.

So what do you think is causing this persecution complex…?
@TheWildEcho No, I'll leave that to you. I'll go by the evidence.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@NortiusMaximus if you want evidence then Google prisoners in North Korea
@TheWildEcho I have and it's clear Christians are prosecuted for their illegal activities, just like any other criminal, not simply for being Christians. From a wikipedia entry https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persecution_of_Christians_in_North_Korea -
According to the Korea Future Initiative, Christians are "disproportionally imprisoned" compared to North Koreans of other faiths.
In my experience, Christians proselytize, mking nuisances of themselves, whereas members of other faiths quietly go about their business without interfering with others. Perhaps that's why Christians are in trouble with the law more.
For example, Ri Hyon-ok was allegedly publicly executed in Ryongchon on June 16, 2009, for giving out Bibles,
She must have known she was breaking the law but that didn't deter her. Perhaps she thought she'd be let off for being female.
However, since 1988, four church buildings have been erected in Pyongyang with foreign donations:[32] one Catholic, two Protestant and one Russian Orthodox. However, they are only open to foreigners, and North Korean citizens cannot attend the services. The services are used to bring in foreign currency from foreign visitors, including South Koreans.
Obviously the DPRK tolerates Christianity provided Christians don't try to corrupt the people. As for bringing in foreign currency, Christianity is mostly about money anyway - they're always on the lookout for more.
n 2014, an American citizen, Jeffrey Edward Fowle, was forcibly detained for proselytism after authorities discovered him leaving a Bible behind in a public restroom during his vacation in the country
He broke the law so he should expect to pay the penalty.

Lmao. Anyone who talks about any specific religion (ONLINE) gets my opinion- unlike religitards who actually don’t shut up about their religions IN PERSON.
I loathe Christianity and Islam of course, so I’ll bash those mostly.
Just because people don’t tolerate close-minded views such as conservative ideas and religious beliefs doesn’t mean they’re “following” the crowd. Times have changed and obviously minorities, gays, atheists etc. are more accepted. The difference is that finally people are speaking up about how stupid and harmful religion is, and atheists now can’t be burned at the stake for it. The dark ages are over and there’s nothing the religitards can do about it.
Also…
Who tf hates white people and Americans? Victim much? 🤣
Peaceandnamaste · 26-30, F
@AnonymousJSS I'm Native American so what do you think about Native American spirituality? I consider myself spiritual and I don't follow any religion. Only connecting with nature and the universe.
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@AnonymousJSS *says something extremely bigoted and intolerant*

“But I’m the real victim tho because the people I bash are intolerant and bigots”
FreestyleArt · 31-35, M
It's not their Natural reaction. Demons live rent free in their heads. Still not an issue though because Demons have a way to make a fool of themselves without define Knowledge. Some people follow this falling spirit only tends to feed of this world have to offer poorly
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@FreestyleArt there is one user that gets so angry it is extremely clear to me he is possessed by demons. whenever someone becomes angry to that extent i just assume they are inflicted. that's a good point you make there
I just pray for people. When they say stuff that hurts my feelings… I tell them. And I pray for them.
Pfuzylogic · M
The Christianity category takes the biggest hit when responders defile a post with sacrilegious memes and when the comments are flagged, admin does NOTHING about it.
Pfuzylogic · M
@DeluxedEdition
That is the first time I heard that.
Why would nasty memes on Jesus be tolerated on a post that doesn’t deserve it. This happened like yesterday. 😑
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@Pfuzylogic I've reported some really hateful comments to admin and they've done absolutely nothing
Pfuzylogic · M
@TheWildEcho
If it involves Jesus I have not seen any consistency at all. That is why I was surprised that they accepted Christian to describe themselves.
Members of the other religions you mention don't try to force their beliefs onto everyone else like christians do. Christians aren't bashed for their beliefs, people just react badly to being told how to live their lives.
Adstar · 56-60, M
There is a spirit at work behind the scenes in the minds of many people and that Spirit is an Anti-Christ.. The same Spirit is active in a lot of people who are anti Semites too.. Their level of hatred is illogical and extreme.. I usually never bother sending in complaints to moderators because usually moderators on non-Christian websites are also Anti-Christs and will do nothing about the hate mongering bigotry Christians are subjected to..

(Ephesians 2: {2} Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the[c=7700B2] prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience[/c]:"

"Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you." - Matthew 5:10-12

let them hate 🤷‍♂️

while we're living in eternal bliss in heaven, they'll be getting eternally assraped in hell...
Axelerator · 26-30, M
I think it has a lot to do with what people are on this site too. It doesn't seem like there's many Muslims on here, but if they were, they would be the most insulting to any critique.
Not sure there's even a real Buddhist on this whole site, and they're prolly a bit more chill too.
Not many Hindus either.
I think on here it might have a lot to do with that tbh. If the whole site is mostly Christian or atheist, stuff like that is bound to happen, not that it should happen.
pentacorn · F
it's a lot of backlash due to over-the-top dogma, but you're right. it's wrong. live and let live
Jeremi · 41-45, M
*walks into the room, dressed as the Joker*

well, I mean she's not lying. is she? I'm black and even I know that. it's called decency. *lights cigarette*

let the criticism begin...
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@Jeremi always be mindful of those people who have no true values and sway with opinions and idealisms. they cannot be trusted
Jeremi · 41-45, M
@DeluxedEdition
you're talking to a psych major. *tosses keys*
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
People are generally ignorant when it comes from outside their respective realm.
Like I've heard people claim Christians are never persecuted. Maybe not in the US and Europe, but Christians in the Middle East have suffered genocides, ethnic cleansing and massacres.
@basilfawlty89 🖤🙏
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
@DarkHeaven you might appreciate this, speaking of Middle Eastern Christians. A traditional Armenian church hymn:

Der Voghormia means Lord Have Mercy.
It was written by Komitas, a survivor of the Armenian Genocide.
@basilfawlty89 beautiful. made me cry. bless her. 🖤🙏
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
I'll never understand why some atheists get so wound up and start swearing when they see a Christian post. I think it is ignorance and in some cases they are so controlled by Satan that they almost can't help themselves!!
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
Christians will always take it on the chin(and have to turn the other cheek) because we are told to love our enemies. Me, I couldn't care less what someone else believes and I do not feel at all threatened by other belief systems.
Pfuzylogic · M
@uncalled4
That sounds very open minded.
Could you share which denomination of church you attend?
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
@Pfuzylogic Reformed, but I went to a Catholic high school. Consider me non-denominational.
Pfuzylogic · M
@uncalled4
I have been Methodist which is very liberal. I was going to guess Unitarian.

[c=4C0073]For me, i see an equal amount of bashing done on most religious posts here of all faiths, and in the RL too ..

I also took it upon myself to study the main faiths of the world from an early age, for my own knowledge, so i do not need to ever trust in the word of a follower, but instead reference the original (or closest to original) scriptures.

I believe if everyone can put aside their stupidity and study all faiths without bias, this issue will be eradicated.[/c]

it can be because deep inside they know its true but they're scared to accept it
I don't hate on stuffs 🙏

DE, no offense intended but you just logically validated your argument by making your own snarky comment about this (your) post on Jesus.

Pretty pathetic, and it's been much worse (just like Jesus said it would be)
