How stop to remember someone you dislike?

Every time when I was chilling myself I'd remember their faces. I don't want to remember them but just somehow this stupid brain thinking about them. 😔

Dilute the memories with time and other experiences thar are positive or at least very memorable. Take a trip or do some volunteer work.
