Yesterday I wrote a post about valuing your own ideas over a political party lines. Some people liked it, a few couldn’t cope.

Don’t let name calling and the empty urge to debate everything soften your stance and rich personality.

The problem with having an open mind is that people will get angry when you won’t let them fill it with their preferred agenda.

A toast to you, you know who you are.

I think this comes with age and/or life experience. One day you realize you're not willing to let people remain in your life just because they've always been there. It may take a life event that points out glaring flaws you've always known and tolerated.

@Justafantasy Yes I think you’re right. You realise that your carrying things you have no control over, so you drop them and make space for that which truly matters.

@AdmiralPrune @Justafantasy See you guys actually just made sense. But yesterday's post and this one aren't exactly about what you just discussed.
They are both actually about judging others from a throne of observation. As if being someone special who is devoid of judgement when the premise itself is judgemental.

Oh the self appointed arrogance. Putting yourself in the middle again. Thou art so high and mighty.

@Gibbon If putting my peace of mind ahead of your opinion is arrogance, you’re just going to have to be a big boy about - because I’m not changing.
