@SW-User I’ve seen my therapist 4 times this week, and we had been discussing if I need inpatient and I didn’t want to do it. We made a clear plan on what I was gonna do last night and today, and we’d catch up on Friday and see if I’m ok. And then I immediately threw that plan out the window and changed my hair color and I did other stuff I wasn’t supposed to, and I didn’t do stuff I [i]was[/i] supposed to

@itsok I feel you, I also made a plan with my therapist yesterday, and so far I have not been able to follow it at all.. But some days are hard, at least we're trying. At least you went to therapy, some people don't even show up.
