Cooling blankets and sheets

I keep seeing advising for cooling blankets and used to see advising for cooling sheets, but I don't believe these things actually work..... especially since when you look at the website, they don't tell you how they work.

I was wondering if anyone has bought any of them, and if any of them actually work, and what (if anything) you have to do to make them work?

Yes give me a full review of them and recommendation if they're worth it or not. I think I would love something that cooled me down and I miss having a personal bedroom air conditioner, make it freezing at night so I could use the heavy blankets

@sstronaut also ordered a 'cooling mattress pad' didn't get sheets though.

Thought about a cooling topper but didn't want to go that far yet

My issue is I don't trust any of them lol

Mark Rober is the only one I trust, but I'm just afraid I'm going to be disappointed
