I have trouble settling down for bed

I get in bed easily enough but then I sit up scrolling on my phone or reading. Then I can have trouble shutting down my mind, even when I want to sleep

Discipline is hard lol

i have that problem .. get up at 4 and force yourself to not take a nap till its time for bed at 8 and it will help you.. habit and as i can say fake it till ya make it.. best to ya
