Look what I got today at JCPenney

So I got a medium and it fits really really well. My bathrobe is fairly old but I have to wait until near Christmas to be able to actually find one at stores.

I went to Kohl's and the girl said, oh bathrobes come out at Christmas since most people give them as gifts. I said, yea but I use my bathrobe everyday sooooo isn't it an everyday item?? And she just shrugged like she agreed with me and was like, I dunno

Yes customer relations are lacking. If there was a store that put customer satisfaction back on top I wouldn’t mind paying more to shop there
