There are Many reasons. Leaving aside the common ones...
People who are lonely tend to sleep more.
Stress, anxiety and depression makes you feel fatigued. Such people can fall asleep in the morning.
If you recurrently stay awake during the night for some reason, you body will reset the biological clock. That could be another reason.
If you can't find a purpose to live or don't know what to do at the moment, you tend to sleep more during day time. It's like shutting down a system.
.... well, can you relate to any of these?
