Neck pain and stuff
So.. The side I sleep on, has a lot to do with whether I am sleeping next to someone or not, and with where the wall is... Most of the time I am sleeping alone, in which case I give my back to the wall, and if I am sleeping next to someone, I like to face their direction (of course unless I am mad for whatever reason 🥔😡).
I noticed ever since I moved houses, my neck has been hurting.. It is not as bad as it was when I first moved in.. Especially after I improved my bedding, it made a huge difference.. but I still have neck muscle pain..The thing is, I have been sleeping for so many years with my neck certain direction, and I'd say I used to pull a muscle in that direction because I'd be watching Netflix before I sleep (i totally intend to buy a large screen facing the bed when I move to Canada).. In the new house, the wall is the opposite direction.. When I placed my bed, I was aware of this wall thing, but I wanted my bed next to the light switch so I placed it there... I am really wondering, could it be because I am no longer pulling that muscle at night, my neck is hurting? !! And if this is the case, should I go back to pulling it to relieve my neck pain, because the way I slept was not exactly right, or should I be happy that my neck is probably getting its muscles back in order, but I just need to be patient.
Well if all that makes any sense and you understood anything of what I said🤷♀️🥔
